How can I buy properties in Spain at low price?

Step 1 would include a first contact or inquiry that you can make by email or phone. The objective of this contact is to make a specific request for properties, for example, 1 duplex of 80m2, approximately, to a maximum of 5 km from the beach, in Malaga with a maximum bidding budget of 65,000 €; 1 floor in Madrid with a maximum auction budget of 120,000 €; two commercial properties in the Canary Islands of 100m2, in the center of the capital and a maximum investment budget to buy them for 200,000 €, etc.
I’d search a properties of the characteristics desired by the client. If it was not found (the requested profiles), we will inform the client as soon as a property of these characteristics is auctioned or bankrupt.
If a property with the requested characteristics is found, we enter step 2.
Step 2 will require to made a legal power by the client to represent and bid in the auction, tender, award or sale, the payment of fees and the amount needed to bid or buy the property. This legal power must be in the Spanish Consulate.
Step 3, if you have won the auction, the tender, the award or the purchase, the customer must pay the remaining amount to consign it, plus the expenses of taxes, supplies and tariffs of the Land Registry, taking effect all the necessary procedures, etc.
Step 4, acquired the property and duly registered in the registry, we will proceed to send the client all the legal documentation, as well as the keys of the property by courier to your country of origin, unless the client comes to Spain in whose case will be sent to you in person or at the address you indicate.
In this moment, the client can use his property renting, making a business, etc., according to the uses of the property.
